يعلن أمين الإفلاس غيث بن عبدالحليم الجاوي عن الحكم الصادر عن الدائرة (الرابعة) في المحكمة التجارية بجدة في دعوى رقم (471008068) لعام 1447هـ بتاريخ 1448/01/20هـ، القاضي برفض طلب افتتاح إجراء التصفية وافتتاح إجراء إعادة التنظيم المالي لشركة الطوب الأحمر السعودي، سجل تجاري رقم (4030000446)، وذلك بعد صدور حكم دائرة الاستئناف (الخامسة) في المحكمة التجارية بالرياض بنقض الحكم الصادر -في وقت سابق- بافتتاح إجراء إعادة التنظيم المالي للمدين بتاريخ 1447/10/14هـ , و يدعو الدائنين لتقديم مطالبتهم قبل تاريخ 11-اكتوبر-2026

Bankruptcy Trustee Ghaith bin Abdulhalim Al-Jawi announces the ruling issued by the Fourth Circuit of the Commercial Court in Jeddah in case number (471008068) of 1447 AH, dated 20/01/1448 AH, rejecting the request to initiate liquidation proceedings and commence financial reorganization proceedings for Saudi Red Brick Company, Commercial Registration No. (4030000446). This follows the ruling issued by the Fifth Department of the Commercial Court in Riyadh, overturning the earlier ruling to commence financial reorganization proceedings for the debtor on 14/10/1447 AH. Creditors are invited to submit their claims before October 11, 2026.
